PURPOSE: A limit gain calculation method, a relay auto tuning method using the same, and a proportional-integral-derivative(PID) control system are provided to eliminate influence due to input sensor noise, thereby improving accuracy of limit gain calculation and PID control processes. CONSTITUTION: A response signal is received from a sensor unit. A response value is sampled for every fixed sampling time. An angle change amount of a current response value is greater than a previous response value. The current response value is determined as a noise value. A limit gain is calculated(S532-S536).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A position detection switch assembly of a circuit breaker is provided to easily perform an installation work by locating an installation position at the front top portion of a cradle. CONSTITUTION: A position detection switch assembly of a circuit breaker comprises a link mechanism, a drum, a switch operation member, and a micro switch(1300). The link mechanism is installed at the front top portion of a cradle(100). The drum is connected to the link mechanism to be rotated depending on the position of a breaker body(10). The switch operation member is installed on a position of the outer surface of the drum where corresponds to the position of the breaker body. The micro switch is installed at a position where can touch the switch operation member and outputs an electrical signal as a position detection signal of the breaker body.

PURPOSE: An electronics opening/closing device is provided to reduce noise created when operating a driving part by reducing impacts created in a conflict process through a first buffer member and a second buffer member. CONSTITUTION: An electronics opening/closing device(10) comprises a current part(200) and a driving part(100). The driving part controls opening and closing of a contact point by using an electric signal. The driving part has a coil(110) which creates driving force of the contact point, a fixed core(140) fixed inside the coil, and a moving core(150) corresponding to the fixed core. A coil bobbin(180) is installed between the coir, the fixed core and the moving core. The fixed core and the moving core are arranged top and bottom directions according to an axial direction of the coil bobbin. The current part comprises a fixed contact point(220) and a moving contact point(210).

PURPOSE: An electronics opening/closing device is provided to uniformalize the distribution of magnetic force by varying shape of a moving core and a fixed core included in a driving part. CONSTITUTION: A fixed contact point(110) comprises a first fixed contact point(111) connected to current input, and a second fixed contact point(112) connected to load. A moving contact point(120) touches with the fixed contact point. The first fixed contact point and the second fixed contact point are connected by the moving contact point in a state that the fixed contact point is contacted to the moving contact point. A driving part(130) runs the moving contact point by using electromechanical force. The driving part controls contact of the fixed contact point and moving contact point. The driving part comprises a fixed core(131), a moving core(132), a shaft(133), and a coil(134). A case(140) is formed by non-magnetic and non-conductive materials.

PURPOSE: A surge protection device is provided to enhance the reliability of an operation by using a temperature fuse in order to open in the exact temperatures. CONSTITUTION: An input terminal(110) receives a three phase alternating current power source or single phase alternating current power source. A fuse part(120) outputs the alternating current power source or a surge current flowed in through the input terminal to a display part(130) and/or an MOV part(140). The display part is operated by using the power source inputted through the fuse part. The MOV part outputs the surge current inputted through the fuse part. An output terminal(150) conducts the surge current outputted through the MOV part to a ground.

PURPOSE: A remote electric vehicle management system is provided to communicate information related to an electric vehicle between meters installed in a parking lot and in a home, thereby easily managing and controlling the electric vehicle at the home. CONSTITUTION: A first meter(21) is installed in a parking lot. The first meter measures energy used for charging an electric vehicle(13). The first meter receives data by communicating with the electric vehicle. A remote management server receives information of the electric vehicle from the first meter. A second meter(23) is installed in a home of a car owner. The second meter receives the information of the electric vehicle from the remote management server. An IHD(In Home Display) apparatus(24) receives the information of the electric vehicle from the second meter. The received information of the electric vehicle is analyzed and managed by the IHD apparatus.

PURPOSE: An energy metering system, an energy metering method, and a watt-hour meter are provided to record and mange information about the energy usage history of a user in detail even in an energy charging system varying energy prices according to time. CONSTITUTION: A remote server(21) manages the energy charging system dynamically changing and transmits an energy information price according to time through a communication network(22). The communication network connects a remote server and an energy meter. An energy meter(23) measures an energy amount flowing via oneself and receives the energy information price according to the time through the communication network.
