A method for making a solid agglomerate, having a preset size and shape, including a plurality of inert material particles, comprises the steps of: rotating the inert material particles, applying to the surface of the rotating particle an at least one component reactive resin, supplying the particles into a vessel holding each of the particles in contact with the adjoining particles at least for a time necessary to carry out the chemical reaction of the reactive resin, to provide a solid agglomerate. The invention also relates to a system for carrying out the method and the product obtained thereby.

Method for packing objects of varying shape, comprising the following steps: providing a suitable quantity of small-size base elements (1) made of suitable material; moistening said base elements (1) with a suitable adhesive; providing a suitable container inside which said adhesive-lined base elements (1) are inserted; polymerizing/drying the adhesive until hardening thereof and consequent relative setting of the base elements (1) is obtained. The present invention relates to a method for making multi-component foamed material blocks, such as of polyurethanic, phenolic, siliconic, epoxydic resins and so on, comprising the steps of feeding, into a mold, a reactive mixture, through a foaming unit, mutually displacing the foaming unit and mold, to provide a foaming in a progressive variable volume space delimited by a movable wall rigidly coupled to the foaming unit, and withdrawing from the mold the foaming unit.

A system (10) and an apparatus (A1 - A4) for safely producing flavoured ice, where multiple flavourings (104) are dosed with precision and repeatability on single dosage lines (103, 105a - 105n, 106) and introduced into a mixing tank (107) together with water, with independent ducts, obtaining a flavoured mixture (108) which is then conducted to an evaporator with a protective and smoothing layer (102, 132). Automatic dosing means are provided which are connected to the central logic unit comprising a management algorithm (100, 133), with parameters which can be modified manually or automatically, like a self-adjustment, by means of multiple dosing means combined with each other, with adjusting members (109, 110, 113) combined with sensor means (116, 117, 118, 119, 120). Furthermore, the system (10) has automatic and integrated washing means, controlled by a washing algorithm (100, 134), for executing rinsing and/or washing with detergents.

A control procedure for the sanitization of an ice-making apparatus (10) by means of a sanitizing device (20) of the ozone type (210) and/or UV lamps (230) and/or UVC LED lamps (220), comprising the following steps: A. activation of the sanitizing device (20) through a user interface (1); B. verification, by a control system (2) connected to the user interface (1), of the presence of alarms (3); C. activation (6) of the sanitizing device (20) through the user interface (1) with automatic stop (7), periodic activation (8) or activation at predetermined instants; with the possibility of manual deactivation at all times. Furthermore, the invention relates to an apparatus for making sanitized ice with the above-mentioned procedure.
