PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-containing composition for a current room temperature-curable (RTC) silicone sealant to be used for insulating glass units (IGU) whose inner space is filled with a gas or mixture of gases of low thermal conductivity, e.g., argon, the sealant having high gas barrier properties together with the desired characteristics of softness, processability and elasticity.SOLUTION: There is provided a moisture-curable silylated resin-containing composition, comprising: a moisture-curable silylated resin (a), which upon curing, provides a cured resin exhibiting permeability to gas; an organic nanoclay; and a solid polymer having a permeability to gas that is less than the permeability of the resin (a).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant excellent in flowability and curing characteristics.SOLUTION: A silicone sealant composition, containing (a) a moisture curable organopolysiloxane component, comprising a mixture or reaction product of (i) an organopolysiloxane polymer having hydrolyzable substituent groups and (ii) a polyfunctional silicon compound having two or more hydrolyzable substituent groups, (b) a filler, and (c) a hydrocarbon fluid comprising, based on 100 pts.wt. of the hydrocarbon fluid, greater than 40 pts.wt. cyclic paraffinic hydrocarbons and less than 60 pts.wt. noncyclic paraffinic hydrocarbons, exhibits improved tensile, elongation and adhesive properties.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing occurrence of breakage, deflection, distortion, or the like of an electrostatic chuck body which is caused by thermal stress by absorbing thermal expansion difference between the electrostatic chuck body and a base during use in a wafer process at a high temperature.SOLUTION: An electrostatic chuck body 11 is fixed to a base (water cooling plate 20) for no mobility at a fixing point on an outside peripheral edge of an electrostatic adsorption surface 12 thereof, and is connected to the base so as not to be slidably moved at a movable point away from the fixing point. As a result, thermal expansion of the electrostatic chuck body is absorbed when an electrostatic chuck device 10 is used in a wafer process at a high temperature, causing no occurrence of breakage, deflection, distortion, or the like. As one example, a movable post 26 fixed to the electrostatic chuck body is inserted slidably in a slot (through hole 23) of the base. Since a predetermined height distance is maintained between the electrostatic chuck body and the base, an intermediate component such as a reflector can be arranged between them.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition which can impart an excellent combing property and ductility to damaged hair, and is excellent in durability.SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic composition contains: (a1) 5 to 80 wt.% of a polyorgano siloxane component (a) containing polyorgano siloxane which is modified by trimethylolpropane monopropyl ether, and whose viscosity (25°C) is 100 to 50,000 Pa s; (b) 0.5 to 50 wt.% of a surfactant; and (c) silicone emulsions containing water, respectively. The (a) polyorgano siloxane component may contain polyorgano siloxane which is modified by (a2) trimethylolpropane monopropyl ether together with the (a1) component, and whose viscosity (25°C) is 0.01 to 1 Pa s.

In preparing the room temperature-curing polyorganosiloxane composition comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyorganosiloxane, (B) 0.1-20 pts.wt. of an organosilane, (C) 1-500 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, and (D) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a curing catalyst, after or at the same time of that (A) component is blended with a part or the whole of (B) component, a mixture of (A) component and (B) component is blended with (C) component, then blended with (D) component.
