PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition for treatment of pains, particularly inflammatory pain, neuropathic pain, visceral pain and nociceptive pain and to provide a method for treating these pains. SOLUTION: The concomitant medicine comprises PDE7 (phosphodiesterase 7) inhibitor and an α-2-δ-ligand. In the concomitant medicine, the PDE7 inhibitor is selected from e.g. 5'-carboxypropoxy-8'-chloro-spiro[cyclohexane-1'-4'-(3',4'-dihydro)quinazolin]-2'(1'H)-one or selected from pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof or solvates thereof. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new crystal forms of cis-5-fluoro-N-[4-(2-hydroxy-4-methylbenzamide)-cyclohexyl]-2-(tetrahydro-thiopyran-4-yloxy)-nicotinic acid amide, to provide a method for producing such the crystal forms, to provide a medicine composition containing the same, and to provide a method for using the same. SOLUTION: The crystal forms are four kinds of new crystal forms except known crystal forms, and are defined by the main peaks of powder X-ray diffraction patterns, respectively, obtained with copper K-alpha 1X ray (wavelength: 1.54056 angstrom). Each crystal form is obtained by (i) reacting with a desired acid or base; (ii) removing a protecting group unstable to acids or bases from a preferable precursor, or ring-opening the preferable ring-form precursor with an acid or base; or (iii) reacting the salt of the crystal form of the compound with a suitable acid or base to convert into any other salt. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device, particularly a dispensing device for dispensing individual doses of powder from respective pockets of a carrier.SOLUTION: A device is provided to dispense individual doses of powder from respective pockets of a pair of carriers 12, the device comprising: a support 30 for two disc-shaped carriers, each disc-shaped carrier having at least one substantially planar first side surface having an annular array of cavities in which respective pockets are formed and a respective first lidding sheet sealed to the first side surface for enclosing the cavities, in which the support 30 is for rotatably supporting the carriers about a substantially common axis; a mouthpiece through which to inhale an airstream carrying powder from the carriers 12; a dispensing mechanism for releasing into the airstream the powder of a respective pocket of a supported carrier; and an indexing mechanism for rotating the carrier relative to the dispensing mechanism so as to enable powder to be released from different pockets.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of medicaments for treating hepatic fibrosis which is a signal of hepatic damage and also a potential contribution to hepatic failure mediated by liver's progressive cirrhosis, to provide uses of the combination, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition comprising the combination. SOLUTION: The new combination is provided, consisting of an anti-mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule(MAdCAM) antibody and a protease inhibitor, preferably an anti-fibrosis agent such as a caspase inhibitor.
