本発明は、( a )餅米を水に浸漬した後、水切りする段階、( b )前記の水切りした餅米を1次蒸米する段階、( c )前記1次蒸米した餅米に塩及び水を加えて、2次蒸米する段階と、( d )前記2次蒸米した餅米を放冷した後、小麦粉を加えて餅搗きする段階を含む、賞味期限の間に固くならない餅の製造方法、前記製造方法によって製造された餅、及び前記餅を加工した加工食品を提供する。 前記餅は、既存の餅に比べて保存期間が長く、保存期間が長いため賞味期限の間流通が可能である。 また、前記の餅は、噛み応えのある食感を維持し、消費者の嗜好に適し得るものである。 【選択図】図1

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed additive for supplying to ruminants having an excellent reticulorumen bypass ratio and protecting vitamin C, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The feed additive for supplying to the ruminants comprises vitamin C or a raw material therefor, a primary capsule layer prepared by primarily encapsulating the vitamin C or the raw material therefor with a binding coating agent, and a secondary capsule layer prepared by secondarily encapsulating the surface of the primary capsule layer with an extremely hardened oil and fat (with ≤1.0 iodine, and ≥57°C melting point), and protecting the vitamin C. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for analyzing cow's milk quality for field, in detail, the device and method that quickly and easily measures ingredients of cow's milk to analyze its quality in field instead of laboratory. SOLUTION: The device can simultaneously measure various ingredients of cow's milk by applying monochromatically-coloring system using interference filters of different wavelength band each other and increasing one-amount of milk sample, and also can be designed as a portable configuration to simply, rapidly and easily identify ingredients of cow's milk directly in field, while having the effect of contributing to enhancement in productivity because of its price cheaper than any other existing product.
