The present invention provides a pinch detection device at an opening/closing section having a very simple structure that can surely detect pinch without a faulty operation also in a vehicle whose power supply voltage greatly fluctuates, a vehicle having this device, and a method for detecting pinch at an opening/closing section. This invention is a pinch detection device at an opening/closing section includes a sensor for detecting displacement of an opening/closing section of a vehicle to be opened/closed by a motor, a time counter for counting a relative time adjusted according to a fluctuation in a power supply voltage, and a pinch detector for detecting pinch of a foreign matter at the opening/closing section according to a change in a relative speed obtained based on a change in the displacement on a basis of the relative time.

The present invention provides a communication circuit, a communication network, and a connecting apparatus that can realize communication with very high reliability using a simple wiring system. The present invention includes a communication line 2 comprising three or more signal lines 2a,2b,2c, a signal distributing section 4, that is connected to one end of the communication line 2, for distributing and transmitting a signal input into an input terminal 3i to respective signal lines 2a,2b,2c, and a majority selection receiving circuit 5, that is connected to the other end of the communication line 2, for comparing a plurality of reception signals received via the signal lines 2a, 2b, 2c and selecting reception signals which are most matched with one another as true so as to output them to an output terminal 3o.

The present invention provides a communication circuit, a relay connecting circuit, and a communication network that have a very simple configuration and high reliability, and can transmit/receive contact signals usable for automatic control. The present invention includes a transmitting section 4 for transmitting a contact signal input into an input/output section 3a, 3b to a communication line 2, a receiving section 5 for receiving a signal via the communication line 2, an input/output circuit 6 for outputting the contact signal received by the receiving section 5 via the input/output section 3a, 3b and interlocking to prevent input of another contact signal via the input/output section 3a,3b that outputs a contact signal, and a time division communication control section 7 for switching a communication direction among the transmission section 4, the receiving section 5 and the input/output circuit at time-divided timing.
