    Abstract: A modular power base for a wheelchair, the modular power base includes a leg module. The leg module includes an upper leg portion comprising a distal end and a proximal end. The proximal end is configured to be detachably and rotatably coupled to a seat portion of the wheelchair.     Abstract: Offenbart werden Systeme, Verfahren, computerlesbare Medien, Techniken und Methodiken für die Erkennung von sequentiell in kurzer Folge empfangenen Nachrichten und für die Realisierung von Zustellungssteuerungen zur Steuerung eines Zeitpunkts der Zustellung von Inhalten der Nachrichten zur Präsentation für einen Nutzer. Hier offenbarte Nachrichtenerkennungs- und Zustellungssteuermechanismen verzichten so lange auf eine Präsentation des Inhalts mehrerer in schneller Folge empfangener Nachrichten, bis eine Zustellungsereignisbedingung erkannt wird. Bei Erkennung der Zustellungsereignisbedingung wird der Inhalt der Nachrichten zu einem Nachrichtendigest zusammengefasst, der einem Nutzer (zum Beispiel einem vorgesehenen Empfänger der Nachrichten) präsentiert wird. Der zusammengefasste Nachrichtendigest kann einem Nutzer über eine Ausgabeschnittstelle, wie einen fahrzeuginternen Lautsprecher oder ein fahrzeuginternes Display, präsentiert werden.
