    Abstract: PURPOSE: A high pressure vessel for home use using deep drawing, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the strength of a liner body by winding a fiber filament wire on the liner body. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure vessel for home use using deep drawing comprises an aluminum liner body(10), a fiber filament wire(20), and an epoxy resin layer(30). The aluminum liner body comprises a bottom part, a cylindrical part, and a top part. A circular plate is deep-drawn by a punch and a die to form the bottom part. The bottom part is a cup shape. The cylinder part is formed above the bottom part. The upper side of the cylindrical part is spun to form the cup-shaped top part. The top part has a screw part to which a regulator is coupled. The fiber filament wire is formed of a carbon fiber or a glass fiber, and is wound on the outer surface of the aluminum liner body. The epoxy resin layer is thermally cured on the outer surface of the fiber filament wire.     Abstract: PURPOSE: An internal antenna and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an antenna pattern and an antenna carrier by using a double injection molding process and simplifying a manufacturing process without a separate antenna pattern bonding process. CONSTITUTION: An antenna pattern(200) is connected to a main printed circuit board of an electronic device. The antenna pattern is inserted into an antenna carrier(100). The antenna pattern is manufactured by an injection molding method using a conductive resin composite. The antenna pattern and the antenna carrier integrally are manufactured by a double injection molding process. The temperature of the conductive resin composite is a 240 to 280 deg C in the double injection molding process.
