Abstract: PURPOSE: A fabric pattern-making apparatus is provided to process various patterns by spraying short balls on various fabrics such as natural fiber, chemical fiber, weaving fabric, leather products, high density thick fabric, and industrial textiles. CONSTITUTION: A fabric pattern-making apparatus includes a filling chamber(20), an impeller(21), a design board(25), a fabric transfer unit(30), a short ball suction nozzle(40), a bed(50), and a tension controlling unit(60). The short balls(70) are filled inside the filling chamber. The impeller includes a rotary shaft(22) and a plurality of blades(23). A through-hole(26) is formed on the design board, and a short ball tank(10) is formed on the top of the filling chamber. The short ball suction nozzle is connected to the short ball tank through a short ball transfer pipe(45). An opening door(17) is formed between the short ball tank and the filling chamber. The tension controlling unit has a left and right chain belt(61,62), a plurality of rollers, and a guide rod(65).

Abstract: An apparatus for making patterns to fabrics by using the air-sand ball injection is provided to raise the production speed and quality of the fabric by forming various pattern with high speed without generating damage, and to lower the production cost by eliminating the expendable supplies, and to localize the patterning machine. A fabric pattern generation apparatus(100) forms a pattern on the surface of a textile fabric(300). A pattern hole is formed at the side surface of a sand ball drum(140) having a cylindrical shape. A sand ball ejection device(110) is received in the sand ball drum, and ejects the sand ball. A pressing roller(170) is equipped at the contact position of the sand ball drum and the fabric, and applies the pressure on the fabric to the opposite direction of the sand ball blowing direction to the fabric. A brushing roller(150) is equipped before being inserted or after being transmitted between the sand ball drum and the pressing roller or at both positions of the sand ball drum and the pressing roller, and brushes the foreign substance or the residual sand ball from the fabric. A sand ball collection part(160) collects the sand ball discharged through the pattern hole of the sand ball drum.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermoconductive thick film sheet is provided to have high thermal conductivity by uniformly distributing carbon nanotubes in a polymer matrix with excellent thermal conductivity.
