PURPOSE: A composition for improving optical property is provided to enhance the amount of light which is reflected on the surface and the inside of skin, and to improve optical property. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving optical property contains ester oil and/or silicon oil as active ingredients. The ester oil or silicon oil contains ethyl hexyl palmitate, isopropyl palmitate, phytosteryl isostearyl dimer dilinoleate, di C_12-13 alkylmalate, cetyl ethylhexanoate, dimethyl(oxo)silane, methylphenyl polysiloxane, dimethicone phenyl trimethicone cyclomethicone dimethicone crosspolymers, and a derivative thereof. PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing tranexamic acid and nicotinic acid amide is provided to effectively suppress melanocyte formation and to prevent or treat pigmentation. CONSTITUTION: A melanogenesis inhibitor contains 0.001-10 wt% of tranexamic acid and 0.001-10 wt% of nicotinic acid amide as active ingredients. The melanogenesis inhibitor further contains alpha- or beta-hydroxy acid. The alpha-hydroxy acid is glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid, or tartaric acid. The beta-hydroxy acid is beta-hydroxybutyric acid, beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate, carnitine, 3-hydroxypropionic acid, or salicylic acid. A cosmetic composition contains the melanogenesis inhibitor as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A method of producing corneocyte containing a hydrogel particle containing factor for moisturizing and a lipid-coated hydrogel particle is provided to moisturize to capture water thanks to cellulase. CONSTITUTION: Corneocyte comprises a hydrogel particle comprising a particle with factor for moisturizing and a lipid-coated hydrogel particle. Lipid is soybean lecithin, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycol or hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine. The content of lipid is from twice to ten times the dry weight of hydrogel. The factor for moisturizing is amino acid, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and sodium lactate or urea. Amino acid is serine, glycine, arginine, glutamic acid, tyrosine or alanine. The content of the factor for moisturizing weighs 5-30% against corneocyte. A method of producing corneocyte comprises the following step.(a) Lipid dissolves in an organic solvent.(b) The particle for moisturizing is dispersed in the lipid dissolved solvent.(c) A hydrogel particle made of water soluble macromolecules and the water soluble crosslink agent are dispersed in the solution obtained in the step(b).(d) Water is added to the produced solution in step(c). Then, the solution produced in step(d) is decompressed and distillated. A cosmetic composition comprises corneocyte as an active ingredient.

CONSTITUTION: A tackifier contains scleroglucan and locust bean gum as an active ingredient. The scleroglucan is denoted by chemical formula 1. The locust bean gum is denoted by chemical formula 2. The emulsion stabilizing agent contains scleroglucan and locust bean as an active ingredient. An external use skin composition contains scleroglucan and locust bean as an active ingredient. The content of the active ingredient is 0.001-10.0 wt%. The composition further contains salt or pH adjusting agent.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing nanoparticles is provided to ensure colloid stability and to enable safe biodegradation in vivo. CONSTITUTION: A nanopaticle is prepared by impregnating physiologically active ingredients into amphiphilic polymers of a sterostructure comprising a core part with a plurality of branches formed of hydrophobic polymers and an arm part formed of hydrophilic polymers. The hydrophobic polymers are is a copolymer formed of poly-carprolactone, poly-L-lactic acid, poly-D,L-lactic acid, poly-D-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid, poly-L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid, poly-D,L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid, or monomer thereof. A cosmetic composition contains the nanoparticles as an active ingredient.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for moisturizing contains 1-weight% of urea and lactic acid derivative. The lactic acid derivative is potassium lactate, zinc lactate, calcium lactate, potassium lactate, magnesium lactate, copper lactate, manganases lactate, boron lactate or ammonium lactate. The composition is used for treating aged skin and keratinized skin for the old people.
