Abstract: PURPOSE: A makeup cosmetic composition containing water soluble ingredients is provided to ensure smooth and soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A makeup cosmetic composition contains 2-5 wt% of water soluble ingredients and 30-70 wt% of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA). The water soluble ingredients include arbutin, niacinamide, adenosine ascorbyl glucoside, or salicylic acid. The composition further contains 7-15 wt% of oil phase ingredient, 7-15 wt% of dispersion agent, 20-35 wt% of oil, and 35-50 wt% of solid powder pigment.
