Abstract: The present invention relates to a face washing machine having a cosmetic brush composed of thermoplastic elastomer that is applied to a electric motor, wherein the application surface of brush bristles is divided into two parts, and brush bristles composed of thermoplastic elastomer are inserted into the inner side and the outer side respectively, the brush bristles combined with the inner side have round tips, and the brush bristles combined with the inner side can rotate with respect to the brush bristles combined with the outer side, thereby enabling a face to be washed more stably and more softly. The face washing machine having a cosmetic brush composed of thermoplastic elastomer comprises: a case (100) for the face washing machine including a rotating device for rotating by receiving electricity from outside or a battery or a secondary battery; and a brush (600) for face washing combined with the case for face washing to rotate. The brush (600) for face washing comprises: a first brush bristle set (610) composed of thermoplastic elastomer that has a plurality of brush bristles installed on a panel at the output side of an electric motor and rotates forward and backward according to the forward and backward rotation of the electric motor; and a second brush bristle set composed of thermoplastic elastomer that has a plurality of brush bristles installed on the front surface of the case at the same height with the first brush bristel set while separated from the first brush bristle set, and fixes and envelops the vicinity of the first brush bistle set so as to prevent foreign materials from being dispersed during the rotation of the first brush bristle set.
