Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing lactic acid derivative and urea is provided to remarkably moisturize with effects of removing keratin and enhancing moisture. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for moisturizing contains 1-weight% of urea and lactic acid derivative. The lactic acid derivative is potassium lactate, zinc lactate, calcium lactate, potassium lactate, magnesium lactate, copper lactate, manganases lactate, boron lactate or ammonium lactate. The composition is used for treating aged skin and keratinized skin for the old people.
