Abstract: PURPOSE: A topical solution for stimulating hair growth is provided, which shows excellent effect on stimulating hair growth and preventing hair loss, and has no side effect due to using a natural medicine. CONSTITUTION: The topical solution for stimulating hair growth is manufactured by following processes: powdering Pinelliae Rhizoma, Caryophylli Flos, Rubi Fructus, Zanthoxyli Fructus, Viticis Fructus, Salviae Radix, and Thujae Semen, taking an equal amount of the herb medicines each, and mixing(mixture 1); soaking 30pts.wt. of the mixture(1) in 100pts.wt. of oil(mixture of 50wt.% of sesame oil, 20wt.% of perilla oil and 30wt.% of Thujae Semen oil) for 7days; soaking 30pts.wt. of the herb medicine powder(mixture 1) in 100pts.wt. of ethanol for 7days; and mixing 5wt.% of the oil extract, 55wt.% of the ethanol extract, and 40wt.% of distilled water by a shaker thoroughly, and manufacturing the topical solution.
