    Abstract: PURPOSE: A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for vehicles is provided to have excellent impact resistance, water resistance, and adhesion and to have excellent adhesive performance to a material which has a low surface energy. CONSTITUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape(100) for vehicles comprises an acrylic foam layer(10), a rubbery adhesive layer(11) formed on both sides of the acryl foam layer. A manufacturing method of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises a step of manufacturing an acryl foam layer; and a step of forming a rubber-based adhesive layer on one side or both sides. The rubber-based adhesive layer forming step comprises a step of manufacturing a styrene block copolymer; a step of adding tackifier and plasticizer to the styrene block copolymer to form the rubber-based adhesive layer; and a step of controlling the gel content of the rubber-based adhesive layer to 40% or more.
