    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing porcine clonal somatic cell line expressing green fluorescent protein is provided, which method allows for observation of differentiation and development of introduced cells at a cell therapy. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing porcine clonal somatic cell line expressing green fluorescent protein comprises the steps of: (1) isolating a somatic cell from a fetal pig; (2) producing an expression vector, pEGFP-C1 or PCX-EGFP, containing a fluorescent protein gene and cloning the expression vector into the somatic cell; and (3) selecting the expression vector cloned somatic cell and culturing the selected clonal somatic cell, wherein the fetal pig is 30 to 40 day of pregnancy pig; the fluorescent protein is EGFP(enhanced GFP); and the porcine clonal somatic cell line is PCX-8(KCLRF-BP-00079).

    Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种生产表达绿色荧光蛋白的猪克隆体细胞系的方法,该方法允许观察细胞治疗引入细胞的分化和发育。 构成:产生表达绿色荧光蛋白的猪克隆体细胞系的方法包括以下步骤:(1)从胎猪中分离体细胞; (2)产生含有荧光蛋白基因的表达载体pEGFP-C1或PCX-EGFP,并将表达载体克隆入体细胞; (3)选择克隆体细胞的表达载体并培养选定的克隆体细胞,其中胎猪为妊娠猪30〜40天; 荧光蛋白是EGFP(增强GFP); 猪克隆体细胞系为PCX-8(KCLRF-BP-00079)。
