Abstract:
The present invention provides a bidirectional driving wheel having the function of the automatic elastic repulsion of reverse rotation for protecting the safety of children, which ensures the smooth restoration of operation. The present invention relates to a driving wheel of a sunshade driving device having a manual driving module (410) operated by a ball chain or a rotating rope and driving the rotational axis of a sunshade, comprising: a manual pulley (415a) to be inserted in the ball chain or the rotating rope; and a bidirectional driving clutch (415b) rotating together with the manual pulley (415a) when rotating the manual pulley (415a) in one direction but rotating the manual pulley (415a) independently from the rotational axis of the sunshade when rotating autonomously in an opposite direction immediately after rotating together with the manual pulley (415a) in the one direction. The bidirectional driving clutch (415b) comprises an elastic member (415b4); a bidirectional driver (415b1) combined with the manual pulley (415a) and having either or both of the ends of the elastic member (415bs) connected thereto; a retainer (415b3) having one point of the elastic member (415b4) connected thereto, and rotating together with the manual pulley (415a) when rotating the manual pulley (415a) in one direction but rapidly rotating independently from the bidirectional driver (415b1) when rotating autonomously in an opposite direction immediately after rotating together with the manual pulley (415a) in the one direction.
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a driving wheel for protecting the safety of children via a method of winding and unwinding the end of one side of a ball chain or a rotating rope which is produced at low costs and operates silently. The manual driving wheel of the sunshade driving device including at least one pickup member for directly driving the sunshade rotating axis via a manual driving module and a wheel driving member having a manual driving wheel comprises a pulley body (415a′3) integrated with the wheel driving member (415′); a winding driving device (415a′1) combined with or integrated with the pulley body (415a′3) and including a first winding driving member (415a′1a); a first rotating rope (415a′2a) having one end fixed to one point of the first winding driving member (415a′1a) and wound around the bobbin of the first winding driving member (415a′1a) a predetermined number of times and having the other end withdrawn out of the winding driving device (415a′1) to be hung down by a predetermined length; and a restoring device for restoring the pulley body (415a′3) in an opposite direction if the pulley body (415a′3) is rotated in one direction. If the first rotating rope (415a′2a) is pulled downward, the first rotating rope (415a′2a) is withdrawn downward while the first winding driving member (415a′1a) continuously unwinds the first rotating rope (415a′2a) from the bobbin by rotating. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A biaxial sequential gear driving device is provided to sequentially drive two output rotary power shafts with one input rotary power shaft by enabling stop or free rotation of components of a planetary gear train. CONSTITUTION: A planetary carrier member (1120) prepares a carrier driving member and supports a free gear. A set of planetary gear modules (1100) are engaged by being connected to an input rotary power shaft or by being consisting of a sun gear having a sun gear driving member driving an output rotary power shaft. A brake module (1200) selectively stops or freely rotates a component of any one combination selected from a ring gear and the planetary carrier member, or the planetary carrier member and the sun gear, or the ring gear and the sun gear of the planetary gear module. A support module (1300) supports the planetary gear module and the brake module.

PURPOSE: An awning driving device using an epicyclic gear train is provided to be automatically and manually used by stopping or freely rotating the components of an epicyclic gear train and enabling users to select an input rotation power shaft or an output rotation power shaft. CONSTITUTION: An awning driving device using an epicyclic gear train comprises a manual driving module (410), a rotary shaft (421), an epicyclic gear train (430), and first and second pick-up members (451,452). The manual driving module is operated by a ball chain or a rotation line. The rotary shaft is detachably attached to a rotary shaft stopping unit or a power driving unit which is separately formed with the manual driving module. The epicyclic gear train comprises a ring gear, a sun gear, and an epicyclic gear carrier. The first pick-up member is combined with the awning rotary shaft. The second pick-up member is axially combined with the epicyclic gear carrier to drive the awning rotary shaft.
