Abstract: PURPOSE: A housing-integrated built-in antenna is provided to make a mobile phone compact as minimizing the space occupied by the mobile phone, by combining the antenna with a mobile phone housing. CONSTITUTION: A thin film plastic supporting part(20) is injected into the shape of the inside of a mobile phone housing(30). An antenna is formed by printing and plating an antenna pattern(10) on one surface of the plastic supporting part. The antenna is inserted into an injection molding of the mobile phone housing. The antenna is bonded into the inside of the mobile phone housing in a body by injecting a fused plastic material into the injection molding.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An internal antenna for a mobile communication device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to apply a conductive adhesive on an adhesive hole, thereby coupling a feed terminal with a radiator. CONSTITUTION: A radiator(60) is formed by plating an antenna pattern on a plastic supporting body(50). One end of a metallic feeding terminal(70) is coupled with the antenna pattern. The other end of the metallic feeding terminal is connected to a feeding line and a grounding line of an external circuit in a lower part of the plastic supporting body. The metallic feeding terminal comprises a fixing hook inserted into the plastic supporting body. The fixing hook includes a hook protrusion inserted into the plastic supporting body.
