Abstract: PURPOSE: A microwave drying apparatus is provided to maximize dry performance by supplying hot air, cold air, and gas into a dry chamber through a gas supply pipe. CONSTITUTION: A microwave drying apparatus includes a dry chamber(20), a microwave irradiator(30), a dry rack(40), and a reciprocating device(50). A waveguide(34) of the microwave irradiator generates microwaves and guides the microwaves. The waveguide is lengthily formed from one inner side of the dry chamber toward the opposite side. The dry rack reciprocates in a state where a target object is located in the upper and the lower part of the waveguide of the microwave irradiator.
