Abstract: Recycled asphalt concrete for road pavement is provided to reuse waste asphalt concrete in order to reduce environmental damage caused by landfill of the waste and collection of aggregate, by comprising waste asphalt concrete, coarse and fine aggregate, cement, emulsified asphalt and reforming agent to form the recycled asphalt concrete. The asphalt concrete includes 100wt. parts of milled waste asphalt concrete, 50-130wt. parts of coarse aggregate, 50-70wt. parts of fine aggregate, 10-40wt. parts of cement, 10-20wt. parts of emulsified asphalt, 3-5wt. parts of additive and 1-3wt. parts of reforming agent. The reforming agent comprises 10-15wt.% of NHR(natural hydrocarbon resin), 5-10wt.% of SBR(styrene butadiene rubber), and 75-85wt.% of cellulose fiber.
