Abstract: 半导体元件(111)的电极上形成突块(112),另外带有突块的半导体元件电连接到有安装部分(114b)的金属部分(114),因此可去除线路。减少线路引起的杂散电感和传导电阻。通过将安装部分连接到第二电路板可去除常规的凹连接器和凸连接器,使电源控制系统的电子线路装置制造得紧凑。

Abstract: 本发明的开关电源装置包括至少具有第一初级绕组、第一次级绕组、第二次级绕组、第二初级绕组,并按照第一初级绕组、第一次级绕组、第二次级绕组、第二初级绕组的顺序层叠,而且具有将第一次级绕组的一端与第二次级绕组的一端连接作为中心抽头引出的结构的变压器;将电压正负反向交替加在变压器上的开关手段;将变压器的中心抽头与第一次级绕组的另一端或第二次级绕组的另一端之间感应的电压加以整流的整流手段;将整流手段的电压平滑化的平滑手段;以及对开关手段进行导通-关断控制以使得输出电压稳定的控制手段。
