Abstract: The present invention relates to an anticancer composition including a GKN1 amino-terminal regulatory motif and more specifically, to the active region of a GKN1 gene having an excellent activity for inhibiting the occurrence of stomach cancer and inhibiting the metastasis of cancer cells. The GKN1 amino-terminal regulatory motif according to the present invention not only has an excellent activity for inhibiting the survival and proliferation of cancer cells but also halts the progress of a cell cycle. Therefore, the present invention can be used for a composition for treating cancer and a method for screening an anticancer medicine.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及具有GKN1氨基末端调节基序的抗癌组合物，更具体地说，涉及抑制胃癌发生和抑制癌细胞转移的优异活性的GKN1基因的活性区域。 根据本发明的GKN1氨基末端调节基序不仅具有抑制癌细胞的存活和增殖的优异活性，而且停止细胞周期的进展。 因此，本发明可以用于治疗癌症的组合物和抗癌药的筛选方法。
