    Abstract: Provided are an anode active material for a lithium secondary battery, which includes porous coarse particles including multiple composite particles and pores between composite particles, wherein the composite particle includes silicon (Si)-based particles, carbon particulates and amorphous carbon, the amorphous carbon includes at least one selected from soft carbon and hard carbon, and the silicon-based particles and the carbon particulates are dispersed on the amorphous carbon; a manufacturing method thereof, and an anode and a lithium secondary battery including the same.
