Abstract:
A health food for gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer patients by using Bora valley potato juice and starch is provided to inhibit the activities of gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, which results from the Bora valley potato juice and starch. A health food contains Bora valley potato starch as an active ingredient. The Bora valley potato starch is obtained by separating a filtrate from Bora valley potato juice. The health food has a formulation selected among tablet, granule, pill, hard gelatin capsule, soft gelatin capsule and liquid. The health food represents a pouch, drink and the like. A method for preparing the health food comprises the following steps of: washing 55g of the Bora valley potato and squeezing the Bora valley potato in a juicer; leaving the Bora valley potato juice to stand at room temperature through 10 minutes; decompression-filtering to separate the juice into a starch portion and a filtrate; and drying the starch portion at 65°C to obtain the dried potato starch.
