Abstract: 본발명의 SOM 방식도플러레이더는발진신호를방사하고, 물체에반사되어도플러주파수만큼천이하여되돌아온 고주파신호를수신하기위한안테나, 상기안테나와커플링(Coupling)되어발진신호를생성하기위한공진기(Resonator), 상기안테나및 공진기에서발진하도록하기위한매칭회로(matching network), 상기안테나및 공진기를커플링시켜서병렬궤환발진이발생하도록하고, 상기안테나에서수신한고주파신호와상기발진신호를혼합하여중간주파수(Intermediate Frequency, IF)를출력하는트랜지스터및 상기트랜지스터에서출력된중간주파수의발진성분및 고주파성분을제거하기위하여상기중간주파수를필터링하기위한 IF 저역통과필터(Low Pass Filter)를포함한다. 본발명에의하면공진기와안테나를결합하여 SOM 방식도플러레이더를구현할수 있으므로, 발진기의위상잡음특성이개선되어도플러레이더의성능이개선되는효과가있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reverse triangle antenna for ultra wide band communications is provided to interrupt the WLAN band by inserting a slot of simple structure into the patch radiator. CONSTITUTION: A patch radiator(13) of reverse triangle transceives a signal on rectangular dielectric substrate(11) of rectangular shape. The first and second ground plane(15a, 15b) have trapezoidal shapes. Both sides of a feeding line(17) are separated from the first and second ground planes to perform the power feed about the patch radiator. The first and second ground planes comprise the top side, the lower side, and the outer inclined plane and the inner inclined surface.

Abstract: A CPW(Coplanar Waveguide) low-pass filter with a broad stop band is provided to suppress a spurious response to less than a predetermined level by coupling a DGS(Detected Ground Structure) resonator. A first low-pass filter(40) is formed on a dielectric substrate and has a low-pass function with a first spurious response characteristic by including a first discontinuous pattern unit at a CPW transmission line. A second low-pass filter(50) is coupled to a rear end of the first low-pass filter on the dielectric substrate and has a low-pass function with a second spurious response characteristic by including a second discontinuous pattern unit at the CPW transmission line. A band stop filter(60) is coupled to a rear end of the second low-pass filter on the dielectric substrate and includes a pair of DGS resonators(54a,54b) having a stop characteristic of a third spurious response frequency band to remove a third spurious response generated in a coupling structure of the first and second low-pass filters.

Abstract: A wideband bow-tie monopole antenna having an improved band rejection characteristic is provided to adjust a coupling degree between first and second slots by adjusting an interval between the first and second slots and heights of third and fourth slots inserted into centers of the first and second slots. A rectangular plate-shaped dielectric substrate(1) is vertically installed on a ground surface. A bow-tie type patch(10) is formed at one side of the dielectric substrate to obtain a wideband radiation characteristic. First and second slots(41,42) are set on the bow-tie type patch at a length of 1/2 lambda of a frequency to be interrupted and positioned in parallel to be spaced apart from each other. A parasite ground surface(20) is formed at one side of the dielectric substrate to contact the ground surface at a lower end portion and spaced apart from the bow-tie type patch at an upper end portion in a semicircle shape to form additive wideband resonance. A feed line(30) is formed at the other side of the dielectric substrate and feeds a center of the bow-tie type patch in an indirect coupling method.
