Abstract: 본 고안은 굳은 살 제거용구에 관한 것으로서,
인체공학적으로 설계하여 함성수지를 금형으로 압출, 성형하는데 있어, 손잡이(1)부분과 몸체(3)로 구성하며, 손잡이(1)에는 손으로 잡는 상, 하 부분에 미끄러짐을 방지하기 위하여 돌기(2)를 형성하고, 끝단에 벽에 걸어 보관할 수 있도록 통공(4)을 형성하며, 상기 몸체(3)는 길쭉한 만곡형으로 형성한 다음, 몸체(3)에 로고 및 문자 등을 인쇄하고, 에폭시 수지 접착제를 묻혀 돌가루(3')를 상기 로고 및 문양 등이 투과되어 보이도록 접착시켜 완성한다.
상기와 같이 제작된 굳은살 제거용구를 욕실 등에 걸어두고 보관을 하면서 목욕이나 세면 등 필요시 손잡이(1)를 잡고 몸체(3)를 발뒤꿈치나 팔꿈치 등 필요부위에 대고 문지르면서 굳은살을 제거하는 굳은살 제거용구에 관한 것이다.-

Abstract: 비닐하우스에서 수확한 홍고추를 건조시켜 건고추를 생산하는 과정에 있어서 비닐하우스의 중앙에 통로를 두고 양측으로 지상 약 1000mm 상부에 건조대를 설치하고 고추를 나란히 펴서 건조한다. 일부 겹쳐지거나 나란히 펴진 고추는 건조가 진행함에 따라 교반 반전시키게 되는 데, 이렇게 일정 시간간격으로 고추를 뒤집는 장치를 건조대 상을 주행하는 브러쉬 형태의 교반장치를 개발 설치한다. 교반반전 장치는 1대의 전동모터를 사용하여 양측의 건조대 상을 동시에 주행하면서 일정시간간격으로 브러쉬를 회전시켜 고추를 교반반전시키고, 흐리거나 비가 오는 등 일사가 부족할 때에는 건조대에 일정간격으로 발열등을 설치하여 고품질의 건고추를 생산하는 것이 가능하다.
