Abstract: 본 발명 액상폐기물의 처리장치는 액상폐기물이 저장되는 계량공급탱크(100)와, 상기 계량공급탱크(100)로부터 공급되는 액상폐기물을 반응시키는 반응기(200)와, 상기 계량공급탱크(100)에 액상폐기물을 공급하는 액상폐기물 저장조(300)와, 상기 계량공급탱크(100)에 가압질소를 공급하는 가압질소부(420)와, 상기 계량공급탱크(100)와 상기 반응기(200)의 각각의 내부압력을 감지하는 차압트랜스미터(440)로 구성되어, 상기 계량공급탱크(100)와 상기 반응기(200)사이에 차압을 발생하는 차압발생수단(400)과, 상기 반응기(200)에 산화제를 공급하는 산화제 공급부(500)와, 상기 발생된 차압을 조절하여 상기 반응기(200)로 공급되는 액상폐기물의 공급량을 조절하는 공급수단(600)을 포함한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 질소가스의 가압으로 계량공급탱크와 반응기의 각각의 내부압력의 차압을 조절함으로서 액상폐기물의 공급량을 조절하여 고온열분해 반응기로 공급할 수 있으므로, 종래의 액상폐기물 공급장치에 비해 액상폐기물의 혼합을 위한 별도의 교반장치와 액상폐기물의 고압 이송을 위한 고압펌프가 필요없는 간단한 장치 구성으로 비용절감및 공정의 효율적 운영이 가능하며, 고압 반응기내의 압력변동에 관계없이 일정량의 액상폐기물의 주입으로 안정적으로 운전할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.-

Abstract: An apparatus for processing liquid waste is provided to offer stable driving performance property, and to operate each process efficiently while reducing processing cost of a material. An apparatus for processing liquid waste includes a metering supply tank(100), a reactor(200), a liquid waste reservoir(300), a unit for generating differential pressure(400), an oxidizing agent supply part(500) and a feeding part(600). The unit for generating differential pressure includes a pressurized nitrogen part(420) and a differential pressure transmitter(440). The unit for generating differential pressure generates differential pressure between the metering supply tank and the reactor. The feeding part adjust the amount of the liquid waste supplied to the reactor. The apparatus for processing liquid waste further includes a reaction gas discharge pipe(240) and a vent pipe(120) installed at the metering supply tank. The feeding part includes a connection pipe(620) and a supply adjusting valve(640).

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing synthesis gas using domestic waste. According to the production apparatus for producing synthesis gas by using domestic waste of the present invention, installation costs and operating costs can be reduced through pollutant load decrease and the electricity production volume can be significantly increased. The apparatus for producing synthesis gas that is provided with domestic waste and produces synthesis gas at a high temperature to be used in a power generating apparatus according to the present invention includes a gas brazier body that generates synthesis gas through reaction between domestic waste and air and discharges residue; an air supply unit that pre-heats air, supplies the air to the gas brazier body, and recovers waste heat of the gas brazier body; a synthesis gas induced draft fan that takes in the synthesis gas from the gas brazier body; and a residue treatment unit that treats the residue which is discharged from the gas brazier body. The gas brazier body provides a cylindrical housing portion that has an inlet port formed in an upper portion and has the plurality of supply nozzles; a hopper type discharge unit that is formed in a lower portion inside the cylindrical housing portion and has the discharge port; a partitioning wall that extends from both ends of an inner side upper portion to the hopper type discharge unit side so that both side parts of the cylindrical housing portion form partitioned spaces; a synthesis gas discharge distribution plate that is formed in a lower end portion of the partitioning wall with multiple distribution holes; and a synthesis gas discharge duct that is formed on a side wall of the cylindrical housing portion to discharge the synthesis gas.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a purification apparatus of synthetic gas for biomass gasification, which comprises a first cyclone connected to the rear end of a gasification furnace and mainly removing the dust produced in the gasification furnace; a condenser connected to the rear end of the first cyclone and cooling synthetic gas to collect pyroligneous liquor; a wet scrubber connected to the rear end of the condenser and firstly removing tar, dust and acidic gas in the synthetic gas; a second cyclone connected to the rear end of the wet scrubber and removing moisture and tar droplets in the synthetic gas; an adsorption tower removing the tar and moisture mist unremoved in the second cyclone; and a third cyclone connected to the rear end of the adsorption tower and removing the dust of the adsorption agent, in order to purify the synthetic gas generated in the gasification furnace to the level suitable for a gas engine. The purification apparatus of synthetic gas according to the present invention secures the stability of a gas engine by lowering tar, dust and moisture, which largely influence in the operation of a gas engine, to the concentration suitable for operation or less, so as to enable a high efficient power generation; prevents shutdown of the gasification system due to the blocking of pipes due to tar, dust and moisture, and the increase of the pressure loss; and secures the stable working condition to have an effect capable of continuous working.
