    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for charging a sensor node and a sensor node charging method using the same are provided to dualize a charging unit which stores electrical energy and supplies the electrical energy to the sensor node, thereby preventing lifetime of a chemical battery due to frequent charging/discharging. CONSTITUTION: A first storage unit(110) is placed in an output terminal of a scavenger(101). The first storage unit charges electrical energy converted from obtained energy. A switching unit(120) controls output of the charged electrical energy according to the voltage of the electrical energy charged in the first storage unit. A second charging unit(130) supplies power to operate a sensor node. The electrical energy performs charging by electrical energy outputted from the first storage unit.
