Abstract: The present invention provides a composite cooling apparatus which is driven by selecting an air cooling method or a water cooling method by including an opening part which inputs or outputs air to or from the outside, a rotary cover part which opens or closes the opening part, a switching assembly part which drives the rotary cover part, and a pipe assembly part which performs a cooling process by supplying cooling water. The rotary cover part rotates according to the control of a control unit which receives a signal of a user. If the rotary cover part closes the opening part, the cooling water is supplied to the pipe assembly part and the composite cooling apparatus is driven with the water cooling method. The rotation force of a fan assembly part is varied according to the control of the control unit which receives the signal of the user. Cooling efficiency is improved by switching the water cooling method and the air cooling method at need and the quality of a working environment is improved.
