PURPOSE: A device and a method for variably controlling a timing device of a responding pellet using a cable in an active destructing system are provided to correctly determine the trajectory information with respect to a threat by applying the variable time value to the responding pellet using the cable inside the responding pellet. CONSTITUTION: An active destructing system(100) comprises a responding pellet(110), a control computer(120), a first cable(130), a first connector(140), and a second connector(150). The first cable receives the information related to the operation of a timing device from the control computer. The first cable is connected to the timing device and the connector. A second cable receives an igniting signal for launching the responding pellet from the control computer. The second cable is connected to an igniting device and the connector. The information related to the operation of the timing device includes a signal for indicating the operation of the timing device. A timing data includes a power source required to the operation of the timing device and a data for inserting the time into the timing device. PURPOSE: An electronic time fuze is provided to prevent the malfunction generated by electrical noise and to obtain safety by supplying the detonating current in a specific condition. CONSTITUTION: An electronic time fuze(100) comprises a power supply unit(110), a detonating pipe(160), a detonating circuit unit(150), an analog switch circuit unit(140), a data input unit(120), and a controller(130). The data input unit receives a command to start countdown and time information in the controller through a covered conductor. The data input unit includes a DC block capacitor or a voltage distributor and an RC low pass filter. The controller outputs a signal to operate the analog switch circuit unit before detonating time and outputs a detonating signal when reaching the time value by the time information.
