In a method for loading the sample on agarose gel to perform electrophoresis on a sample, the loading method comprises the steps of providing an electrophoresis unit having agarose gel without well; providing a loading kit for electrophoresis; adsorbing staining dye and sample onto adsorption elements of the loading kit; and applying an electromagnetic field to the adsorption elements of the loading kit by inserting the adsorption elements of the loading kit into the cut part after longitudinally cutting a part of the agarose gel on which the sample is loaded.
