Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for blocking the rain water in the opening of a door is provided to prevent the invasion of the interior of a vehicle with the rain water and to completely prevent a passenger getting on and off the vehicle from wetting by automatically protruding a rain blocking plate toward the upper portion of the door. CONSTITUTION: A rain water blocking switch(4) serially connected between a door switch(2) and a magnetic valve(6) is selectively turned on and off by a driver. While the door switch and the rain water blocking switch are turned on, the magnetic valve supplies the compressed air in an air tank(5) to a cylinder(7) by being operating with the voltage of a battery(1). With response to the air pressure transmitted via the magnetic valve, the cylinder automatically returns a piston with the stoppage of the magnetic valve after protruding the piston by a specific length. A rain water blocking plate(8) is protruded by the driving of the cylinder. If a door(9) is closed, the rain water blocking plate is inserted to the roof of the vehicle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rope tensioner of a winch is provided to prevent the early wear of a rope by guiding the rope to be neatly wound on a drum and to avoid an accident by excluding a worker for the winding of the rope. CONSTITUTION: A rope tensioner of a winch(1) comprises a tension plate(11) for elastically pressurizing on a rope wound on a drum(3), two air springs(15) for applying proper elasticity to the tension plate, an air tank for supplying air to the air springs, and an air control valve for controlling air supply to the air springs. When a rope is wound on the drum, the tension plate elastically pressurizes on the rope. Therefore, the rope is neatly wound on the drum without interwinding.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the stick of a turbo charger is provided to prevent the sticky of the bearing in the turbo charger side caused by stopping the engine quickly in driving in the high way. CONSTITUTION: A turbo charger system comprises a magnetic valve(4), an oil storing tank(8), and a pressure valve(5). The magnetic valve(4) allows the pressured air in an air tank to flow to the upper portion of the oil storing tank, when a starting terminal of the starting-up switch is connected with an accessory terminal. The oil storing tank stores a part of the oil supplied to the turbo charger. When the oil pressure in the oil storing tank rise to the predetermined value by stopping the engine quickly, the pressure valve discharges the oil in the oil storing tank to the sliding portion of the turbo charger.
