Abstract: 본 고안은 포장용 용기뚜껑에 관한 것으로, 특히 용기와 뚜껑을 일체로 형성하여 뚜껑의 분실 염려가 없고 일단 뚜껑을 열고 내용물을 배출시키는 경우 뚜껑의 간섭을 확실하게 배제시킬 수 있도록 한 용기뚜껑에 관한 것이다.
본 고안에 의하면, 병, 튜브, 백 등의 다양한 형태로 이루어지는 용기의 내용물을 배출시키기 위한 배출구와 이 배출구와 결합되는 뚜껑을 포함하여 이루어지고 상기 뚜껑이 용기 측과 연결부재에 의하여 서로 연결 설치되어 이루어지는 통상의 용기뚜껑에 있어서, 상기 배출구의 외부 일측엔 정지돌기가 마련되고, 상기 연결부재는 상기 뚜껑과 일체로 성형되는 상부연결구와 상기 배출구와 일체로 성형되는 하부연결구가 중간연결구에 의하여 서로 일체로 결합 설치되어지되, 상기 상부연결구는 상기 중간연결구와 서로 결합되는 부위보다 더 연장되는 연장부를 갖도록 하고 상기 뚜껑을 열게 되면 상기 연장부가 상기 정지돌기의 상부에 얹혀져 상기 뚜껑이 소정위치 상태를 유지할 수 있게 이루어지는 용기뚜껑이 제공된다.-

Abstract: A gas floating anaerobic digestion apparatus is provided to reduce the construction cost by standardizing mixing of a gas floating suspension and separation of thermophilic bacteria, thereby proceeding hydrolysis and acid fermentation promptly, and reduce production costs and environmental burden by performing the fermentation process effectively, thereby producing a larger amount of gas. A gas floating anaerobic digestion apparatus comprises: a gas floating digestion tank(2) for generating methane gas by performing hydrolysis and acid fermentation by thermophilic bacteria through a suspension activating process; a gas compressor(8) for recirculating the methane gas generated from the gas floating digestion tank and compressing the gas that is circulated to maintain a temperature of a suspension and perform floating gas digestion and agitation; a gas heat exchanger(8a) for exchanging a heat with a high temperature generated during the compression in the gas compressor; a side gas floating suspension vortex mixer(17) including a side gas floating supply holder(17a), a side gas floating automatic supply control valve(17b), a suspension backflow preventing check valve(17c), and a side gas floating nozzle(17d) to mix sludge in the gas floating digestion tank and maintain temperature of the sludge constantly; and a central gas floating suspension mixer(19) for mixing the suspension by blowing compressed methane gas into the suspension. Further, the gas floating anaerobic digestion apparatus additionally contains pressure gauges(5,10,14) for checking a pressure of the methane gas and temperature gauges(6,11,15) for checking a temperature of the methane gas.

Abstract: 본 발명은 다중사출 성형 금형장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 서로 중심축을 중심으로 동일 수평면 상에 일정 각도마다 상,하부 금형 여러 쌍을 동시에 설치하고 하부금형을 각도 변위시켜 상,하부금형의 쌍을 순차적으로 변경시키면서 사출 성형이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 다중사출 성형 금형장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의하면, 다중사출을 위한 금형의 설계시에 한 쌍의 금형 중 하나의 금형은 그대로 활용하고 나머지 하나의 금형을 다중사출 목적에 맞게 설계하되, 중앙의 중심축을 중심으로 동일 수평면 상에 일정 각도마다 상,하부 금형 여러 쌍을 서로 마주하도록 동시에 설치하고 그 중 하부에 위치하는 가동측 금형을 각도 변위시켜 상,하부에 위치하게 되는 고정측 및 가동측 금형의 쌍을 순차적으로 변경시키면서 다중 사출 성형이 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 중간 또는 최종위치에 이르기까지 하부금형으로부터 분리되지 아니한 상태에서 다중 사출성형이 순차적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 변형이나 제품의 불량요인이 발생하는 것을 사전에 방지하여 정확한 품질의 유지가 가능함에 그 특징이 있다.
