Abstract: PURPOSE: A block manufacturing apparatus and a block manufacturing method using the same are provided to rapidly and stably manufacture and form blocks through an automatic method and to stably and automatically form relatively complex front surface design according to a planned form. CONSTITUTION: A block manufacturing apparatus comprises a mold frame main body (110), a carriage (140), a platform (160), an aid mold (120), rail type linkers (130), and a molding cuff (150). A block manufacturing method comprises the following steps: injecting concrete mortar into a conveying groove of a movable member in which a lower part is closed-by a bottom plate; transferring the movable member to the mold frame main body which includes an accommodating groove with closed lower end by an elevation plate so that the concrete mortar can be flowed into the accommodating groove; completing a block by drying the concrete mortar in the accommodating groove; and taking off the block from the mold frame main body by dropping the elevation plate and compressing the block by using a molding cuff from the upper direction of the accommodating groove.
