Abstract: PURPOSE: A wire lock having an alarming unit is provided to prevent the wire lock from being stolen by notifying cut-off of a wire when the wire is unintentionally disconnected or broken. CONSTITUTION: A wire lock includes a case(10) having a cylindrical shape. A lock body is installed on an upper portion of the case(10). The lock body is locked or released by a key inserted into a key holder(11) formed at an outer portion of the case(10). A hole(13) is formed at one side of the case(10) and a connection rod(46) is selectively inserted into or released from the hole(13). First and second space sections(14,16) are formed in the case(10) in such a manner that the first and second space sections(14,16) are separated from each other by means of a partition plate(20). A shaft(22) is vertically installed in the second space section(16).
