Abstract: A double transfer slab system for utilizing an underground space is provided to make the best use of underground space by mounting a machine room between double transfer slabs, and to reinforce the structure by distributing load from a wall through the double transfer slabs and decreasing shear force. A double transfer slab system includes a first transfer slab(2) installed in a lower part of a wall(100) to distribute load transmitted through the wall, and a second transfer slab(4) installed in the bottom of the wall, spaced from the first transfer slab and supported by an underground beam to distribute load of the wall transmitted from the first transfer slab. The first and second transfer slabs are formed of a box, and a reinforcing wall(8) is extended from the wall placed between the first and second transfer slabs to transmit load from the first transfer slab to the second transfer slab.
