Abstract: The present invention relates to horticultural facility controlling system and, more specifically, to horticultural facility monitoring and controlling system and controlling method which can monitor environment and mechanical devices in a horticultural facility and control the same with a smart device and a computer connected with internet. Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for transplanting cultivation ports, which is capable of automating a work of transplanting planting ports in which plug seedings are transplanted in transplant grooves of a cultivating bath in a plant production factory.
