Abstract: The present invention provides a bio-probe for detecting novel influenza H1N1, comprising: (a) a nanomaterial; (b) an antibody which specifically binds to an antigen of novel influenza H1N1 which is covalently linked to the surface of the nanomaterial; and (c) a glass fiber as a solid substrate having a surface modified with the nanomaterial to which the antibody is conjugated. The present invention provides a method for diagnosing novel influenza H1N1 using the bio-probe. The present invention can promptly determine, within 10 minutes, the presence or not of novel influenza H1N1 and the infection or not with novel influenza H1N1 using a small amount of sample.

Abstract translation: 本发明提供了用于检测新型流感H1N1的生物探针，其包括：（a）纳米材料; （b）特异性结合与纳米材料的表面共价连接的新型流感H1N1的抗原的抗体; 和（c）作为固体基质的玻璃纤维，其具有用与抗体结合的纳米材料修饰的表面。 本发明提供使用生物探针诊断新型流感H1N1的方法。 本发明可以在10分钟内迅速确定新流行性感冒H1N1的存在与否，以及使用少量样品的新型H1N1感染。
