PURPOSE: A specific primer set for Pleurotus spp. determination is provided to quickly detect Pleurotus spp. species based on a PCR band. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for Pleurotus spp. determination contains an oligonucleotide having 15 or more serial nucleotide fragments in a sequence of sequence number 1 and 15 or more serial nucleotide in a sequence of sequence number 2. A kit for determining Pleurotus spp. species contains the primer set and reagent for amplification. The reagent contains DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and buffer.

PURPOSE: A light quality control device used in a farm is provided to promote crop growth while reducing power consumption with a red light emitting diode, and to easily and conveniently manage and install a light source. CONSTITUTION: A light quality control device used in a farm comprises the following: a support(10) installed on ceiling; a red light emitting diode module(20) installed on the circumference of the support; a pillar surface formed to a polyhedron shape. The support has a conical shape. A light emitting diode module is installed on the bottom surface and the pillar surface of the support.

PURPOSE: A light quality control device for crops is provided to increase seed production and growth of the crops, and to conveniently and easily manage a light source by using a red light-emitting diode while improving manufacturing convenience of the device. CONSTITUTION: A light quality control device for crops comprises the following: a support(10) having a hollow to insert a post; a light emitting diode module(20) installed around the support and irradiating red lights on the crops; and a pillar surface formed to a polyhedron. The support has a conical shape. The light emitting diode module is installed on the pillar surface of the support. The light quality control device is installed on a position at 200~230cm from the ground.

PURPOSE: A light quality control device is provided to facilitate the maintenance of light sources and to grow Perilla and Chrysanthemums with a little energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A light quality control device controls the flowering of Perilla and Chrysanthemums using red light emitting diode. The light quality control device comprises light emitting diode modules(10,12,14), installation bracket, power supply unit(30), rheostat(36), and a timer. A plurality of red light emitting diodes are prepared in the light quality control device. The installation bracket includes joining pins to operate the each light emitting diode module. The power supply unit contains a transformer and direct current conversion controller. The rheostat controls the light intensity of light emitting diodes. The timer controls the irradiating time of the red light emitting diodes.
