Abstract: PURPOSE: A kit for observing a plant is provided to smoothly maintain the flow of oxygen or water supplied to a plant by enabling a user to easily observe the growth process of a root from a germination process of a seed outside the kit. CONSTITUTION: A fresh water container(10) comprises a first opening and stores fresh water. A mat container(20) includes a second opening(21) and receives a bed-soil mat(30). Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable total acidity analyzing apparatus is provided to improve the quality of fruit and products by implementing an immediate analyzing process with respect to the total acidity of the fruit and the products. CONSTITUTION: A portable total acidity analyzing apparatus includes a transparent tube. Gradations are marked at the lower side of the transparent tube in order to carry the accurate amount of a sample. An indicator and a basic solution are introduced through the upper side of the transparent tube, and the gradation at which the color of the indicator is changed is read. The total acidity amount of the sample is analyzed. Gradations are distinguished by the kinds of organic acids. The basic solution is NaOH or KOH.
