Abstract: The present invention relates to an OsTCP6 promoter gene for the specific expression of target protein in the vascular meristem of young Oryzasativa, specifically, in vascular tissue of roots and stems, a expression vector including the gene, a transformant transformed into the expression vector, a method for manufacturing the transformant, and a method for inducing target protein using the same. The transformant manufactured using the promoter and recombinant vector including the same according to the present invention can be specifically generated in the vascular meristem of young Oryzasativa. Therefore, the present invention can be used for producing a specific material, dormancy, sprouting, and growth control.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及用于在年轻Oryzasativa的血管分生组织中特异性表达靶蛋白的OsTCP6启动子基因，特别涉及根和茎的血管组织，包含该基因的表达载体，转化入表达载体的转化体， 用于制备转化体的方法，以及使用该方法诱导靶蛋白的方法。 使用本发明的包含其的启动子和重组载体制造的转化体可以在年轻Oryzasativa的血管分生组织中特异性产生。 因此，本发明可用于生产特定材料，休眠，发芽和生长控制。
