Abstract: 본발명은 한약재 및 약초의 몸이나 뿌리에 묻어 있는 흙을 자동으로 털어 내기 위한 흙털이 장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 한약재 및 약초등을 담을 수 있는 회전망의 양측부로 결합된 회전체를 구동모우터에 의해 회전되는 일측, 타측구동로울러에 의해 저속으로 회전시켜서 한약재와 약초를 저속으로 회전이동시키는 동시에 회전망의 내부 일측으로 설치되는 회전축에는 다수개의 회전로울러들은 장착한뒤 상기 회전로울러들을 작동모우터에 의해 고속으로 회전시켜서 회전망에 의해 저속으로 회전이동되는 한약재 및 약초들과 충돌하도록 하여 한약재와 약초에 묻어 있는 흙을 털어낼 수 있도록 된 것으로 회전망의 저속회전에 의해 1차적으로 한약재 및 약초에 묻어 있는 흙을 털어 낼 수 있고 고속으로 회전되는 회전로울러와의 충돌에 의해 2차적으로 한약재 및 약초에 묻어 있는 흙을 강제적으로 털어 낼 수 있어 깨끗한 상태의 한약재 및 약초를 얻을 수 있고 신속한 작업에 의해 많은 량의 한약재 및 약초의 흙을 단시간내에 털어 낼 수 있게 되므로 향상된 작업능률과 효과를 얻을 수 있어 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 한약재 및 약초의 흙털이 장치를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for improving property of tungsten oxide by heat treatment is provided to remove abnormally large grains in the state of powder and simultaneously to obtain uniform size of tungsten carbide particles, thereby improving the stability at a high temperature in the cemented carbide alloy and preventing the generation of abnormal grain. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving property of tungsten oxide by heat treatment is carried out by parallel processing of heat treatment or Na Doping with heat treatment of tungsten oxide in the atmosphere, wherein in the heat treatment, the tungsten oxide is maintained at least at a temperature above 900°C for 45-90minutes and then cooled, and in the Na Doping, the tungsten oxide is doped with NaOH solution 50-400ppm, maintained at least at a temperature above 800°C for 45-90minutes and then cooled.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing fine powder of tungsten carbide prevents large particle from being generated by adding chrome and vanadium. CONSTITUTION: Carbon powder is mixed with tungsten carbide powder uniformly, and chrome or vanadium is added as an inhibiting agent of growth. Then the mixture is heated for a temperature of 1000-1400°C in an inactive state for carbonizing for a first time. And the content of the carbon is adjusted for finally carbonizing in a hydrogen state. Therefore, the tungsten carbide powder with fine particle size of average 0.2-0.4 micrometers without abnormal large particles is obtained.
