PURPOSE: A compound containing a heterocycle in a carbazole structure and an organic electric device using the same are provided to be used as a host material for phosphor dopants having various colors. CONSTITUTION: A compound containing a heterocycle in a carbazole structure is denoted by one of chemical formulas 1-6. An organic electric device contains one or more organic layers containing the compound. The organic layer is formed by a soluble process of the compound. The organic layer contains a light-emitting layer. A terminal comprises a display device containing the organic electric device and a controller for driving the display device. The organic electric device is a organic light-emitting diode(OLED), organic solar cell, organic photo conductor(OPC) drum, organic TFT, photodiode, organic laser, or laser diode.

PURPOSE: A compound containing indoloacridine is provided to play various roles in an organic electronic element and a terminal and to enable the application to a hole injection material, hole transport material, light emitting material and/or electron transport material. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula (1). An organic electric device comprises a monolayered organic material layer including the compound. The organic electric device is an organic electroluminescence device including a first electrode, monolayered or multilayered organic layer, and a second electrode. The organic material layer comprises an light emitting layer.

PURPOSE: A compound is provided to improve light emitting efficiency, color purity, and lifetime of an organic electronic element and to lower driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: A compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electronic element comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and organic layers between the first and second electrodes. The organic layers contain the compound. The organic layers are formed by a solution process. An electronic device comprises: a display device containing an organic electronic element; and a control unit which drives the display device.
