    Abstract: PURPOSE: A biaxially oriented polyester film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the tearing of the film when manufacturing an in-mold by controlling the ratio of the intensity and the elongation. CONSTITUTION: A biaxially oriented polyester film comprises the following: an anti-static layer(10) formed on one side of a polyester base film(20); and a bonding layer(30) formed on the other side of the polyester base film. The polyester film extends 2~4 times to the film progressive direction at 60~130 deg C. The polyester film extends 2~4 times to the film width direction at 60~140 deg C.
