Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a rotary type billboard is provided to accomplish an improved effectiveness of advertisement and energy saving while allowing the billboard to rotate by a wind force. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises four rotating rods(5) having the same length and which are fixed at an angle of 90 degree, respectively, centering from a rotation axis(22), an article(6) attached to both ends of the rotating rod(5) to be movable at a predetermined angle, the article(6) at an opposite side being contracted when the other article(6) is spread out by a wind force, thus generating a rotary movement, such a contraction and spreading out being performed simultaneously, a rotation axis gear(13) being engaged with an upper gear(15), and a lower gear(17) connected through a gear axis(16) being engaged with a gear(19), thus rotating the apparatus.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fixing device for a beach umbrella of pin wheel rotation type is provided to endow the beach umbrella with the feeling of movement and to achieve an effect of advertisement by paragraphs on the beach umbrella. CONSTITUTION: After fitting an upper post rod(5) into a rotating rod installed with a bearing to be coupled with the post rod by fixedly installing an upper fastener to the upper end of the rotating rod and movably installing a lower fastener to the lower end thereof, a pin wheel rotating shaft(24) is inserted into the upper most fixed post rod by interposing a grooved post gear(23). Thereby, during the insertion of a pin wheel, a rotating shaft gear(14) of the pin wheel is engaged with an upper end gear(19), and a lower end gear(20) of a gear shaft(18) is engaged with the post gear to rotate the beach umbrella.
