Abstract: 본 발명은 보강철근이 일체로 부착된 데크플레이트와 대형거푸집을 이용하여 구조물을 바른됫박형으로 구축해 가는 거푸집 공법에 관한 것이다.
대형거푸집은 거푸집널, 거푸집틀 및 수직지지대로 구성되며, 수직지지대는 슬래브 거푸집을 관통하여 아래층 벽체에 고정된다.
슬래브 거푸집으로는 재래식 일반 거푸집 또는 보강철근이 부착된 데크플레이트를 사용하며, 슬래브 거푸집과 상부 벽체 거푸집을 함께 설치하여 콘크리트 구조물을 바른됫박형으로 타설한다.
슬래브 거푸집 설치, 슬래브 철근의 배근과 슬래브 콘크리트 타설의 편의를 위해 벽체 대형 거푸집널의 하단부는 상하로 개폐할 수 있도록 하였으며, 벽체 콘크리트가 슬래브 쪽으로 융기하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 벽체 대형거푸집의 하단 거푸집 내부에 물결나비형 스프링 와이어와 메탈라스를 함께 설치한다.
본 발명의 슬래브 벽 분리 타설식 대형거푸집 공법을 이용함으로써, 내벽에도 대형거푸집을 이용할 수 있어 보다 경제적이고 신속한 구조물의 축조가 가능하게 되었다. 또한 거푸집 상승재의 설치 및 이동이 간편한 소형의 전동식 유압잭을 이용함으로써 대형 중장비를 사용하지 않아 경제적인 시공이 가능하다.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a storage container which can easily inject contents into the inside thereof. The storage container comprises: a container having a storage space where the contents are stored, and an inlet where the contents flow into the storage space; and an inductive member which is attached or detached to or from the container, and is detached from the container when injecting the contents in order to induce the contents to the inlet. The inductive member comprises: an injection hole which is inserted into the inlet when injecting the contents; and an inductive unit which is extended from the injection hole, whose opening becomes wider as receding from the injection hole, and which induces the contents to the injection hole. The container has an accommodating space separated from the storage space in order to insert at least one end of the inductive member into the accommodating space.
