Abstract: PURPOSE: An air passage changeover device that is capable of preventing air leak from a gap between a housing and a rotor, and a lock of the rotor and a motor is provided. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises the rotor(71) having an air inflow port(R0) in the rotation axis direction, and an air discharge port(R1) communicated to the air inflow port(R0) in the circumferential direction, the housing(72) including the rotor(71) to be rotatable, and having an air inflow port(H0) in the rotation axis direction, and a plurality of air outflow ports(H1-H5) in the circumferential direction, and the motor(73) to drive the rotor(71) to rotate in such a manner that the air outflow port(R1) of it is communicated with either of the air discharge ports(H1-H5) in the housing(72). The housing(72) is formed to have a roughly conical inner surface, and the rotor(71) is formed roughly like a top in a corresponding form to the form of the inner surface of the housing(72).
