Disclosed are a transmitter transmitting a radio frequency (RF) signal to a receiver, a receiver receiving an RF signal and decoding data, and a method for performing wireless communication between the transmitter and the receiver. According to an embodiment, the transmitter transmits an RF signal having a randomly converted carrier phase to the receiver, and the receiver can extract data from the RF signal by detecting an envelope of the RF signal.

PURPOSE: A receiver and a transmitter which response to an interference signal in a super generative communication system and a method using the same are provided to deviate from the influence of the interference signal. CONSTITUTION: A resonance frequency controller(410) controls a resonance frequency which is related with a filtering band about a signal which is received from a transmitter. An oscillation signal generator(420) generates an oscillation signal according to a positive feedback amplification mode based on the resonance frequency or the signal. An oscillation property detector(430) detects the property of the oscillation signal. A determining unit(440) determines whether the signal includes an interference or not based on the property of the oscillation signal or the resonance frequency. A controller(450) controls the resonance frequency controller in order to control the resonance frequency based on a determined result. PURPOSE: A communication system is provided to recognize the type of a noise source in a communication system and to match the noise source. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(810) receives distribution information of one or more logic values in an OOK(On-Off Keying) type or an FSK(Frequency Shift Keying) type. A setup unit(820) sets up a threshold value. A sensing unit(830) senses the distribution of a logic value. A determining unit(840) determines the type of a noise source.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for estimating relative location in a terminal are provided to estimate the relative location to a target terminal based on the corresponding terminal by using the path information of the target terminal and the path information of a corresponding terminal. CONSTITUTION: A distance estimating unit(112) presumes a distance to a target terminal. A routing information gathering unit(114) collects the routing information of a corresponding terminal. A direction estimation part(116) receives the routing information of the target terminal from the target terminal. The direction estimation part presumes the relative direction to the target terminal in the corresponding terminal by using the routing information of the corresponding terminal and the routing information of the target terminal.
