Abstract: A protective device of an electronic device having multi-functions includes: a boundary cover which covers a boundary surface of an electronic device; a flip cover which is combined with one side of the boundary cover and rotates around the boundary axis of the electronic device to cover or open a display unit of the front of the electronic device; and a lens tube cover which is detachable from the boundary cover and is equipped in a shape corresponding to that of a part of a lens tube equipped in the rear of the electronic device.
