본 발명은 식기의 세척이 이루어지는 세척실과, 상기 세척실 하부에 마련되어 세척에 사용되는 물이 모이는 집수부와, 집수부에 배치되어 물의 유무를 감지하는 물 감지센서와 물의 온도를 감지하는 온도센서를 일체로 포함한 센싱 모듈을 포함한 식기세척기에 관한 것으로, 센싱 모듈이 물 감지센서와 온도센서의 역할을 동시에 수행하므로 집수부 내부 공간을 보다 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 세척조 내부에 골고루 세척수를 분사할 수 있는 구조를 가진 식기세척기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면은 외관을 형성하는 캐비닛, 캐비닛에 마련되며 식기의 세척이 이루어지는 세척조, 세척조에 마련되며 식기를 수납하는 식기 바스켓, 세척조 내부로 세척수를 분사하는 분사 유닛, 분사 유닛에서 분사된 세척수의 ??항을 전환시키도록 분사되는 세척수의 경로 내측에 마련되는 전환 유닛, 전환 유닛이 세척조의 내부에서 이동할 수 있도록 전환 유닛의 일측에 결합되는 적어도 하나 이상의 가이드 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 분사 유닛 외에 전환 유닛을 포함하기 때문에 세척수가 도달하지 못하는 사각지대를 제거함과 동시에, 세척조 내에서 분할, 집중 세척이 가능하다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus including a mounting unit for an external memory is provided to stably extend the capacity of a main memory by using the external memory. CONSTITUTION: A memory bus(MBUS) connects to a memory controller. An internal memory(500) is directly connected to the memory controller through the memory bus. An external memory connecting unit(300) directly connects the external memory to the memory controller through one or more signal lines of the memory bus. The external memory connecting unit generates a flag signal which indicates the mounting state of the external memory. The external memory connecting unit provides the generated flag signal to the memory controller.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Encoding equipment is provided to create a code having high code rate using a punching pattern satisfying a first standards and a second standards. CONSTITUTION: An encoder(200) creates parity bits(PB) based on information bits(IB). The encoder provides the information bits and the parity bits to a punch station(300). The punch station performs a punching motion of eliminating a part among the parity bits based on a punching pattern. The punching pattern satisfies a second standards about location of a first standards and residual parity bits(RPB). The residual parity bits mean parity bits which are not removed among the parity bits after the punching motion performance.

PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory device, a method of programming the same and a memory system including the same are provided to increase reliability by reducing a coupling effect which is generated in programming through an ISPP(Incremental Step Pulse Program). CONSTITUTION: In a nonvolatile memory device, a method of programming the same and a memory system including the same, program data is received. The memory cells which is a first erase state are programmed to a second erase state and a program state at the same time. The memory cells are programmed by a word line unit alternately. The program of the memory cells alternately operates to the word line unit.

PURPOSE: A contactless plasma monitoring apparatus, a plasma processing apparatus and a contactless plasma monitoring method are provided to maintain a plasma state in a processing chamber with proper condition to a plasma process by controlling a voltage provided to the processing chamber in a real time. CONSTITUTION: A processing chamber(100) supplies a reaction space(150) in which the process is implemented using a plasma(140). The processing chamber includes an upper electrode(110) and a lower electrode(120). A power supply unit(300) supplies the power supply to the processing chamber. The power supply unit includes a power generating unit(320) with generating the power supply to the processing chamber and a matching box(310). The matching box controls the intensity of the generated power source and supplies to the processing chamber. A power supply wiring(200) connects the processing chamber with the power supply unit.
